The Initial Portfolio properties in Prague include three yielding commercial properties, with a total lettable area of 18,600 square metres and three projects under construction, totalling an additional 5 Development Projects, including the development of a 73,000 sqm project, all located in prime Prague locations.

The Group´s local team in Prague consists of 16 people.
