Airmax Cargo Budapest moves into the Logistics Park developed by Ablon Kft. Budapest, Hungary 
Airmax Cargo Budapest, one of the most important Hungarian companies active on the international air cargo market, chose Airport City Logistics Park as its central base. The Hungarian Airmax merges three of its South Pest bases and moves to the currently most popular logistics site of the Budapest Airport region. Airmax, based on the lease agreement signed lately, will lease 1700 m2 of warehouse space and 350 m2 of office space in the logistics park developed by Ablon Kft. |
New tenant in Buy-Way Dunakeszi Budapest, Hungary 
The Gigamatrac Factory & Outlet store has chosen Buy-Way Dunakeszi, owned and operated by Ablon Ltd., as the location of its latest store. The two companies has just recently signed the lease agreement, and accordingly Gigamatrac, a company specialized in sleep related products, will open its store in Buy-WayDunakeszi in May. |
ABLON Starts New Developments in Airport City Logistics Park Budapest, Hungary 
Benteler Distribution Hungary Kft recently signed a contract on the lease of 6,300 m2 warehouse and office area with New Sites Kft, a company belonging to the ABLON Group. According to the contract, Benteler Distribution will be a long-term tenant in Building H of Airport City Logistics Park. By this transaction, the development of the park’s third phase is getting started. According to the plans, the building will be inaugurated in December 2012 in the logistics park of Ablon Group located in South-Pest. |
