Airport City Maintains its Popularity

After achieving 100% occupancy for the first phase of Airport City Logistics Park, ABLON has just entered into another lease agreement regarding the second building.

The warehouse and office units of the air freight division of Agility, an illustrious company of the logistics and freight forwarding sector present in more than 100 countries worldwide, will be moved into Airport City Logistics Park. The Kuwait based logistics company, boasting an impressive portfolio, has 22,000 employees worldwide and is one of the most intensively growing market participants in Hungary too.

Mr Gábor Kovács, managing director of Agility Magyarország Kft, commented the agreement: “We were looking for a high quality, efficient and economic solution, which would meet the critical conditions of our air operations. Airport City Logistics Park seems to be the ideal choice. In making our decision, we considered not only the experience of the development group and the performance of the park, but also the location and the landlord’s flexibility.”

In December, Agility will take over its new leased premises in building D, offering to potential tenants other office and warehouse spaces, ready to move in.
