Standard Listing Prospectus
On 28 June, 2011 the company has published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with the admission of all of its issued ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to Standard Listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
