The Group aspires to achieve customer satisfaction at the highest possible level. The foundation of ABLON’s market strategy is dynamism, professionalism, commitment to quality and the effort to be always one step ahead of market trends and partner requirements. 

The Group employs a ˝build and hold˝ strategy for its commercial properties, which means that it generally retains and leases to tenants the completed projects, while typically sells residential projects upon completion.

Our current goals are to:

  • Focus on the completion of current  projects in order to expand and develop the Initial Portfolio.  
  • Maintain the Company´s market leader position in Budapest and continue to grow its Warsaw, Prague and Bucharest operations.
  • Expand the Company´s operations into major cities in other neighbouring markets where attractive opportunities exist.
  • Employ clearly defined strategies for each operating and business segment.
  • Optimise capital structure.
