Rights Issue Prospectus
On 31 March 2011 The Company announced a non-underwritten Rights Issue to raise up to £8.7 million (approximately €9.9 million) before expenses by the issue of up to 26,259,163 New Shares (representing approximately 23.96 per cent. of the Existing Shares) at the Issue Price of 33 pence per New Share on the basis of 6 New Shares for every 25 Existing Shares held.
