Webdesk, ABLON’s latest innovation, is an Internet based interface, through which our tenants can report their operations related complaints and requests.
The system can be accessed with a username and password. After reporting a problem, the system enables our customers to monitor the elimination process of the reported error, and the system provides continuous feedback on the actual status of readiness.
This service is available 24 hours a day. Reports are registered outside working hours, too, but processing of these requests will take place during regular office hours.
Outside working hours:
Weekdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM
and Saturdays and Sundays
In urgent situations, please also file your report by telephone!
